Chris survives the Inca Trail
On a personal note/bucket list treat, I had the great pleasure to trek the 30mile/4day Inca trail route climbing up to 14,000ft to reach Machu Picchu in Peru, which was an amazing experience and a wondrous spectacle. It was a fabulous, gruelling adventure, including three nights camping which I would highly recommend. I was totally out of my comfort zone as you can well imagine with no decent wine in sight!
I am happy to share my experience for those who have been, or are thinking of going.
