Bruno Tollet is a very fortunate man. Not only does his family own an award-winning Champagne house, he owns two Grand Cru vineyards which provide the perfect grapes for this outstanding Rose Champagne.
The blend of 55% Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy and 45% Chardonnay from Chouilly creates a beautiful explosion of red berries with glorious aromas and overtones of hazelnut and apricot.
The icing on the cake is the gorgeous antique bottle this elixir is presented in. A fab new addition to the Charles Mitchell Champagne collection that would be perfect served as an aperitif or served with grilled fish.
