The Denizot Estate is a family business that succeeds for 8 generations.
Back at the estate in 2005, Thibauld is assisted by his parents, his wife and a team of 4 people who work the 19 hectares of vines in respect of the plant and soil that supports it.
Thibauld and his team work every day, with specific gestures and actions to accompany the evolution of the plant in a healthy and controlled environment. Little interventionist in the cellar to express the natural flavors of the grapes and thus obtain wines with crystalline profile, fresh and crisp with a nice mineral tension for whites and wines fleshy and elegant for reds.
