First of all we have one of Howard’s favourite wines, a classic, crisp Chablis Premier Cru. Produced by passionate, maverick wine maker, Samuel Billaud, this fabulous white is laced with minerality and classic vanilla overtones. The delicious fruity apple flavour is beautifully balanced with the acidity and provides a fantastic “persistence en bouche”.This combined with the subtle tropical notes,makes this Chablis a real sensual experience.
Our second wine of the month is an exquisite Rosé Champagne from our new award winning producer Claude Cazals. Grand Cru sharing vineyards with Krug and Dom Perignon. This fabulous Rosé is guaranteed to be a favourite for Valentines day, but don’t wait too long. Due to the tiny production of this boutique Champagne house, we could only secure 40 cases.
