Life in The Champions Club

Life in the Champions club is certainly busy, July’s event was a fantastic cricket testimonial dinner at Edgbaston. The Charles Mitchell guests were certainly bowled over by the evenings entertainment.

We were treated to a Champagne reception, followed by a gourmet dinner and after dinner entertainment. Guest’s of honour were Ian Bell and Jonathan Trott, but the highlight of the night was a sensational talk from the legendary all rounder, Sir Garfield Sobers.

The night was concluded with a charity auction for the PCA Benevolent Fund, where the CM Wines prize raised over £900.
