In constant pursuit of excellence, I had the pleasure of visiting the gorgeous city of Porto with my wife Tracey. The highlight was our visit to our producers, FEIST where we tasted more than 25 vintages of Colheita. Top tip: We must chill our Tawny port and I recommend you serve with quality dark chocolate.
