The British Par 3 Championship
For the 2nd year running Charles Mitchell Wines supported one of the countries largest golf tournaments, the British Par 3 Championship.
The championship was held at the beginning of August in the picturesque surroundings of Nailcote Hall in Warwickshire. Once again an all-star cast of golfing professionals took part at the event including Tony Jacklin OBE, Open Champion Paul Lawie OBE and Ian Woosnam OBE.
Charles Mitchell Wines sponsored any hole-in-one over the course of 4 days with a bottle of our fantastic Bonville Grand Cru. Many tried to win a bottle of this marvellous champagne…but there were 7 lucky hole-in-oners.
We’re looking forward to the next year’s Par 3 Championship, until then… “Keep calm and straight down the middle!
