I just wanted to say thank you for the experience yesterday; some fantastic wines in a very relaxed and enjoyable venue.

The variety and quality of the wines was superb and the knowledge and, perhaps more importantly, manner in which your team enthused about the product was excellent.

On behalf of my Nat West colleagues and our guests, I’d like to put on record our collective thanks to Howard, Richard and yourself for your excellent hospitality last night.

Feedback received from colleagues and customers alike was very positive and alongside a few sales, hopefully the Charles Mitchell name will now have a slightly bigger audience – I’m sure that all attendees will be telling their friends and associates about the quality wines and champagnes that you generously shared with us last night.

The event was a fabulous success and feedback from the clients was that they were a very professional company who were ‘low key’ [i.e. not pushy], very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. The Mere Court gourmet lunch event was superb. I cant think of a single point that I would have changed. you and your team were excellent – professional, welcoming, approachable. your knowledge on the different wines was second to none. the range & quality of the wines was amazing and the venue and food were first class.  It was also a real bonus that your highly valued suppliers/producers were on hand to add their knowledge & insight.  Our clients thoroughly enjoyed the day so hopefully that reflects on Charles Mitchell & Handelsbanken.
