This spectacular elegant and mature Gold Medal Winning Shiraz from Paarl’s finest superstar winemaker, is just absolutely perfect with roast meats, game or a cheeseboard.
My favourite Ridgeback red has been exquisitely made by the legendary Toit Wessells, and is a glorious symphony of dark cherry, liquorice and exotic spices with endless savoury layers.
Twelve months in the finest hand selected barrels and six years maturing in bottle, this is highly recommended to my loyal discerning clients.
