The Roy family, esteemed vignerons of Fontenay for over 200 years, led by Claude Roy alongside daughter Karine (pictured below), tend to 20 hectares of vineyards along the River Serein. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the Roys for over 20 years, with Claude standing as my Chablis wine hero!
