A really knowledgeable and experienced guy. Howard’s extremely good at what he does and he’s got a fabulous wine list.
I can’t imagine that there are many others in the North West who know fine wines like Howard. In terms of his knowledge and ability to provide excellent wines he’s the man to talk to.
