Hi Chris. Just wanted to say a very big thank you for your hospitality this weekend. We both really enjoyed the weekend and especially our visit to the winery. You and Tracy are perfect hosts and make a really great team, thank you both once again for your attention to detail, your tireless efforts to to look after everyone and most of all for your wonderful company. We really really appreciate everything you and the Valduero team did during the whole weekend to make the experience a very special one. Hope you can enjoy a day or to chill.

On behalf of my Nat West colleagues and our guests, I’d like to put on record our collective thanks to Howard, Richard and yourself for your excellent hospitality last night.

Feedback received from colleagues and customers alike was very positive and alongside a few sales, hopefully the Charles Mitchell name will now have a slightly bigger audience – I’m sure that all attendees will be telling their friends and associates about the quality wines and champagnes that you generously shared with us last night.

I know that you already have a good relationship with our friends at Coutts, but hope that we can use last night’s event as a means of establishing a working relationship with us here at Nat West Commercial Banking in Manchester.

The event was a fabulous success and feedback from the clients was that they were a very professional company who were ‘low key’ [i.e. not pushy], very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. They were an excellent team to work with from the beginning and we will be looking towards partnering up with them again in the future.

Many of our clients ordered wine and champagne on the evening which is testament to their relationship building skills and the quality of the tasting experience offered on the evening.
