A full-bodied, bold wine prized by collectors for its ageing potential, made from 100% handpicked Sangiovese grapes grown at 350m altitude. It offers rich flavours of red and black fruits with spicy notes, balanced and easy to drink. After fermentation and 20 days’ skin maceration, it’s aged 36–40 months in large wooden barrels. Perfect with pici pasta, roast game, steaks, or mature cheeses, it has an alcohol content of 15%.
