This refined red wine is crafted from 97% Tempranillo and 3% Graciano grapes grown in the single-terroir vineyards of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja. Using traditional methods, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak and is aged for 24 months in a mix of French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. It presents a bright ruby hue and delivers expressive aromas of redcurrant, cherry, and liquorice. On the palate, juicy red fruits blend with toasty vanilla and mineral nuances, supported by a lively acidity that carries through to a long, spicy, floral-tinged finish. Best served at 16–18ºC.
