This spectacular elegant and mature Gold Medal Winning Shiraz from Paarl’s finest superstar winemaker, is just absolutely perfect with roast meats, game or a cheeseboard.
My favourite Ridgeback red has been exquisitely made by the legendary Toit Wessells, and is a glorious symphony of dark cherry, liquorice and exotic spices with endless savoury layers.
