The Amarone Della Valpolicella San Cassiano is made from 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara grapes, carefully thinned to ensure only the best 20% reach ideal ripeness. The grapes undergo a slow, low temperature drying process, resulting in a fresh, elegant, yet round and persistent wine, bottled in 75cl.
