This Domaine Thomas-Labaille Chavigno Sancerre is an unfiltered white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, offering juicy tart lemon flavours balanced with clean fruits and a hint of bitter almond. Aromas of evergreens, garden herbs, and fresh hay add a herbaceous lift, while 12 months in steel tanks following harvest from 25-year-old vines results in a pale straw colour and crisp elegance. A fine example of Sancerre’s global reputation, it’s ideal with seafood, salads, or light summer dishes.
